    A flat $59 covers the visit and a full factory-level diagnosis — and it is credited back in full the moment you approve the repair. You pay it only if you choose not to proceed. There is no premium surcharge for Sub-Zero, Wolf, Miele, or Thermador work; the diagnosis is the same disciplined process on every unit.

  • How quickly can a technician reach my home?

    We hold priority dispatch windows for luxury kitchens across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. Call early and we can usually schedule a white-glove visit the same day; for built-in and integrated units we match you with the senior technician trained on your platform rather than simply sending the next available van.

  • Are you licensed and insured to work in luxury homes?

    Yes. Berne Appliance Repair is fully licensed and insured in the state of Florida, and we carry the general liability coverage that gated communities, condo associations, and high-rise buildings require. We provide a certificate of insurance to your management company on request, before the visit.

  • Which luxury brands do you specialize in?

    Our work centers on the high-end and built-in market — Sub-Zero, Wolf, Miele, Thermador, Viking, Gaggenau, La Cornue, JennAir Luxury, Bosch Benchmark, GE Monogram, Liebherr, and EuroCave.     A 90-day warranty on labor and on every part we install. If the same fault returns within 90 days, we come back at no charge. On premium platforms we source OEM parts through the factory channel, and the part number goes on your invoice so the repair is fully documented.

  • Do you handle estate, property-management, and commercial accounts?

    Yes. We maintain appliances for restaurants, property managers, and retail — including past work with Target, Publix, and Petco — and we look after estate and luxury-residence portfolios on a single point of contact. Ask about scheduled maintenance and volume agreements.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Cash, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Zelle. A detailed receipt — itemizing labor and the OEM parts installed — is emailed after every visit.

  • Will the technician carry the right part for my unit?

    For common premium failures, yes — our senior trucks stock the parts that fail most on Sub-Zero, Wolf, Miele, and Thermador, so many built-in calls finish on the first visit. When a component has to come from the factory channel we order it directly and typically have it in 1–3 business days, then return at a scheduled time.
