Sub-Zero wine units run a single compressor and split the cabinet into two temperature zones with a damper and an evaporator arrangement that lets the lower zone sit colder than the upper. The 400 series, which most South Florida homes have, uses a fan-cooled condenser in the base and a dual-pane UV-filtering glass door. The newer IW columns move the machinery to the top and add an electronic control with a fault log. In every generation the enemy is the same: heat and humidity outside, a glass door that lets both in, and a small refrigeration system working eleven months a year against a Florida kitchen.
Failures sort by symptom. Both zones warm and the compressor never stopping is the condenser packed with dust, then the condenser fan, then a leak. One zone warm and the other fine is the damper, the evaporator fan for that zone, or a thermistor telling the control the wrong thing. A door that sweats in summer is a gasket, a failed door heater, or a UV pane that has lost its seal and fogged between the panes, which is a door assembly. Vibration that the wine notices before you do is a compressor mount or a fan blade.
