Background
Undercounter units are their own trade. They're squeezed into millwork with almost no clearance, they run thermoelectric or compressor cooling depending on the model, and pulling one for service without scratching a cabinet face is half the skill.
What I work on
U-Line, Marvel, Sub-Zero and Perlick wine columns and beverage centers. Undercounter ice makers — pumps, water valves, cutter grids, drain lines, and the scale buildup that kills harvest cycles in South Florida water.
