Background
I spent my first years on commercial kitchen lines, where a range that won't light means the restaurant loses the night. Residential work is calmer, but the physics didn't change: gas pressure, air mix, spark, flame sense. That order, every time.
What I work on
Gas and dual-fuel ranges, wall ovens, induction and radiant cooktops. Spark modules, safety valves, thermocouples, oven control boards, door hinge and glass replacement. I carry a manometer and a combustion analyzer, so I can tell you whether the burner is starved or the orifice is wrong instead of guessing.
Why I work at Berne
The dispatch board is honest about what a job actually needs, and nobody pressures me to sell a part I don't believe in.
