I'm Lina — dispatch operator. I track every open ticket from first call to finished repair.
Background
Once a job is booked, somebody has to make sure it doesn't fall through the cracks — the part arrives, the tech is briefed, the customer knows the window. That's the operator's craft.
What this role covers
Appointment confirmations, parts-arrival follow-ups, rescheduling logistics, and the post-repair check-in that closes the loop on every job.
