Dispatch is the difference between a same-day fix and a return visit. The lead role owns the desk: call triage, routing decisions, and coaching the operators who keep the line answered.

Live routing across three counties, urgent-call triage, ETA windows customers can actually plan around, and the end-of-day handoff notes that make tomorrow's board work.
