Background
Directing operations at a fleet shop means owning everything between the phone ringing and the invoice closing: dispatch policy, technician load, the parts pipeline, warranty escalations. The role exists so the owner can stay close to the trucks and the techs can stay on the tools.
What this role covers
The daily dispatch board across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. Escalations that need a decision, not a script. Scheduling for both the field roster and the office team, and the review of every callback so the same mistake doesn't happen twice.
