I'm Alina — dispatch operator. My corner of the desk is everything that happens after the first visit: parts arrivals, follow-ups, and getting the return trip booked before you have to ask.
Background
A lot of repairs take two visits — diagnose, order the part, come back. The gap between those visits is where customers get forgotten at other shops. Closing that gap is the job.
What this role covers
Parts-arrival notifications, second-visit scheduling, follow-up calls after completed jobs, and keeping open tickets moving instead of aging.
