I'm Alice — dispatch operator. When you call Berne, there's a good chance I'm the first voice you hear, and my job is to end that call with a real appointment on the board.
Background
Intake is where a repair either starts right or starts over. Getting the appliance, the symptom, and the address down correctly on the first call is what lets the technician arrive with the right parts.
What this role covers
Incoming call intake, appliance and symptom notes for the technicians, first-available scheduling across three counties, and callbacks when a customer needs to move a visit.
