Background
Most of my calls start as "there's water on the floor" and end somewhere the customer never looked — a split supply line, a sump gasket that hardened, a disposal knockout plug still sitting in the housing from the day the unit went in.
What I work on
Bosch, Miele, KitchenAid and GE dishwashers: circulation pumps, drain pumps, diverter motors, door seals and control boards. Garbage disposals, water inlet valves, and the supply and drain connections behind both.
Why I work at Berne
The trucks are stocked, so a leak found at 9 a.m. is usually fixed by noon.
